TGC was founded in 1994 as an operating company managing a portfolio of family-owned assets. Since our founding, we have grown to operate, redevelop, and develop commercial and residential properties across the western United States. Our senior leadership team possesses over 100 years of cumulative real estate experience working in institutional and entrepreneurial environments. Our range of expertise covers all aspects of the investment, development, and redevelopment spectrum, construction management, accounting, investments, and capital markets. TGC executives have invested and developed over $500M of commercial and residential real estate. As a firm, we identify opportunities to create management efficiencies, leverage economies of scale, and take advantage of compelling investment opportunities brought about by market cycles.
